Aolan (Fujian) Industrial Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Xi'an Polytechnic University, has successfully obtained approval for its project titled "R&D and Industrialization of High-Efficiency Indirect Evaporative Cooling Air Conditioners and Flame-Retardant, Anti-Mold Fillers" under Fuzhou's International Science and Technology Cooperation Program.
Key Research Focuses of the Project:
Developing high-efficiency indirect evaporative cooling (IEC) air conditioners through structural optimization, numerical simulation, and experimental validation.
Overcoming critical flame-retardant and anti-mold technical challenges to create a new-generation filler material that addresses the shortcomings of conventional fillers—prone to mold growth and lacking fire resistance—while exhibiting high-temperature endurance, strong adhesion, and long-lasting antibacterial properties.
A dedicated project team has been established, and joint development efforts are now officially underway. Leveraging Aolan's R&D expertise and the academic strength of Prof. Xiang Huang's research team at Xi'an Polytechnic University, the project is poised to achieve significant breakthroughs.
This collaboration marks another milestone in Aolan's commitment to advancing energy-efficient cooling technologies through industry-academia partnerships.
