On December 22, the Refrigeration and Air-conditioning New Technology and New Air-conditioning Seminar, the 2024 Annual Meeting and Change of Term Conference hosted by the Gansu Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Industry Association was grandly held in Lanzhou. The conference brought together nearly 200 experts and scholars, engineers and technicians, refrigeration enterprise representatives and business people from Gansu Province in the fields of refrigeration and air conditioning and related fields to discuss new technologies and development trends in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning. The conference aims to respond to the national "30·60 dual carbon target" strategy and promote the sustainable development of refrigeration and air conditioning technology in Gansu Province.
In his opening speech, Yang Jingwen, President of the Gansu Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Industry Association, warmly welcomed all the delegates and summarized the association's key tasks in 2024. The president said that the association will continue the tradition of academic seminars, academic forums and academic exchange activities to promote academic interaction among members. At the same time, the association will strengthen cooperation with relevant enterprises and institutions to jointly promote scientific research innovation and technological application in the industry and improve the overall technical level in the field of refrigeration and air-conditioning.
Lin Rongjiao, Director of the Sales Support Center of Aolan, shared a special report entitled ,《Innovative Application of Evaporative Cooling in the Field of Air Treatment》 at the conference. Lin elaborated on the principles and advantages of evaporative cooling technology in detail, and demonstrated the innovative applications of Aolan evaporative air coolers, direct evaporative combined air conditioning units, indirect evaporative fresh-air air conditioners, indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning units, and indirect evaporative chillers in the fields of industry and commerce, large public buildings, data centers, etc. Lin pointed out that evaporative cooling technology is gradually becoming one of the key technologies in the field of air treatment due to its advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, significant cooling effect, and low operating cost.
