The influence of exhibition items on indoor air quality is different, and the use time is not fixed. Therefore, it is required to comprehensively consider various factors and design cooling measures for energy saving and consumption reduction with large fresh air volume, which has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, making full use of natural cold sources, especially in areas with abundant dry air energy such as northwest China, using evaporative cooling products as air treatment equipment in these fields to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction has been included in HVAC design specifications and has been increasingly promoted.


Aolan Energy Saving Solution Advantages

Aolan provides a solution for the indirect evaporation water side for the large space of the exhibition hall.

The solution on the indirect evaporative water side adopts the air treatment system of Aolan dew point indirect evaporative cooler + floor radiation or dry coil and direct evaporative cooling combined air conditioning unit, which can be used for both fresh air cooling and indoor air. Cool down. Dew point indirect evaporative cooling cooler outlet water temperature is between the wet bulb temperature and dew point temperature of the air. In the northwest region, it can directly provide cold source for the terminal, and the total power consumption of the system is only 20%~50% of the power consumption of the mechanical air conditioning system. %, reduce the temperature difference between the indoor air and return air, and feel more comfortable.


Project Introduction

A comprehensive solution combining Aolan dew point indirect evaporative cooler and combined evaporative cooling fresh air air conditioner is used as the air conditioning cooling system of a large automobile showroom in the west, and the dew point indirect evaporative cooling cooler and combined evaporative cooling fresh air air conditioner are turned on in summer. Unit, outdoor air is sent indoors after multi-stage cooling by the terminal combined air conditioning unit, providing a comfortable environment for exhibition halls, experience areas, trading areas and other areas. In the transition season, just turn on the combined evaporative cooling fresh air air conditioning unit. The outdoor fresh air is sent into the room after evaporative cooling and cooling, so as to reduce the power consumption of operation and save energy and reduce consumption. A total of 8 Aolan indirect evaporative cooling coolers and 16 combined evaporative cooling fresh air air conditioning units are designed for this project.

In this project, the power consumption of the air-conditioning cold source during the cooling period of the evaporative cooling system is 8.32kWh/㎡, which saves 61% of the energy consumption compared with the energy consumption of the traditional cold source system.
