School classrooms, activity centers, libraries, canteens and other large space areas have large spaces, dense crowds, large demand for fresh air, and strong usage time. For example, in the summer vacation of high temperature and humidity, the density of indoor personnel is significantly reduced, and the indoor heat load is reduced. Therefore, making full use of natural cold sources, using evaporative cooling air conditioning systems, minimizing the use of mechanical refrigeration systems, reducing energy consumption, and increasing fresh air volume have become a good application requirement.


Aolan Energy Saving Solution Advantages

Aolan provides indirect evaporative water side solutions for large public spaces such as libraries.

The indirect evaporative water side solution adopts the air treatment system of Aolan dew point indirect evaporative chiller + floor radiation or dry coil combined with direct evaporative cooling combined air conditioning unit, which can be used for both fresh air cooling and indoor air cooling. Dew point indirect evaporative cooling chiller outlet water temperature is between the wet bulb temperature and dew point temperature of the air. In the northwest region, it can directly provide cold source for the terminal, and the total power consumption of the system is only 20%~50% of the power consumption of the mechanical air conditioning system. %, reduce the temperature difference between the indoor air and return air, and feel more comfortable.


Project Introduction

The combination of Aolan dew point indirect evaporative chiller and combined air-conditioning unit is adopted as the air-conditioning cooling system for the reading area of a school library, a large conference room and the fresh air treatment system of the whole building, and the dew-point indirect evaporative cooling chiller is directly at the end. The combined air-conditioning unit and the combined air-conditioning fresh air unit provide cold water, which is directly used as a cold source in summer (not during the summer vacation), and supplementary mechanical cooling in summer to meet the use requirements, thereby reducing the power consumption for operation, saving energy and reducing consumption. A total of 4 Aolan indirect evaporative cooling chillers are designed in this project, with a total circulating water volume of 160m3/h and a cooling capacity of 940kW.
