Airport arrival halls, waiting areas, exit corridors, auxiliary rooms, etc., have strong openness, large space, large flow of people, and long use time. Providing cooling measures to save energy and reduce consumption has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, making full use of natural cold sources, especially in the northwest and other areas with abundant dry air energy, using evaporative cooling products as air treatment equipment in these fields to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, has been included in HVAC design specifications, and is increasingly promoted.


Aolan Energy Saving Solution Advantages

Aolan provides evaporative cooling wind side solutions for the large open space of the airport.

The evaporative cooling wind side solution adopts Aolan composite indirect evaporative cooling air-conditioning unit. The outdoor fresh air is directly fed into the room after filtering and evaporative cooling treatment, saving the energy loss of intermediate energy conversion. In the northwest and other low wet bulb temperature areas, the equipment The supply air temperature is low, and the power consumption is only 15%~40% of the power consumption of the mechanical air-conditioning system.


Project Introduction

The Aolan dew point composite indirect evaporation combined air conditioner is used as the new air cooling equipment for the auxiliary production area, canteen, restaurant, etc. of an airport in the northwest. Fresh air environment, energy saving and consumption reduction. A total of 10 Aolan composite indirect evaporative cooling combined air-conditioning units are selected for this project, and the total fresh air volume of the equipment is 64000m3/h。

In this project, the power consumption of the air-conditioning system during the cooling period of the evaporative cooling system is 8.56kWh/m2, which saves 72% of the energy consumption compared with the traditional mechanical air-conditioning.
