With the continuous improvement of public health undertakings, the requirements of the hospital's medical environment are also constantly escalating. In our northwest region, wards, outpatient rooms, waiting areas and other areas that did not consider cooling in summer also put forward requirements for the comfort of the indoor environment in summer. Therefore, making full use of natural cold sources, especially in the northwest and other areas with abundant dry air energy, the use of evaporative cooling products as air treatment equipment in the public construction field to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction has been included in the HVAC design specification and has been increasingly promoted.
Aolan Energy Saving Solution Advantages
Aolan provided an indirect evaporative water side solution for the hospital complex.
The indirect evaporative water side solution adopts the air treatment system of Aolan dew point indirect evaporative cooler + floor radiation or dry coil combined with direct evaporative cooling combined air conditioning unit, which can be used for both fresh air cooling and indoor air cooling. Dew point indirect evaporative cooling cooler outlet water temperature is between the wet bulb temperature and dew point temperature of the air. In the northwest region, it can directly provide cold source for the terminal, and the total power consumption of the system is only 20%~50% of the power consumption of the mechanical air conditioning system. %, reduce the temperature difference between the indoor air and return air, and feel more comfortable.
This project adopts the combination of Aolan dew point indirect evaporative cooler + dry fan coil unit and combined air conditioner fresh air unit as the air conditioning cooling system of a hospital complex in Northwest China, and the dew point indirect evaporative cooling chiller directly serves as the terminal dry fan panel. Tube and evaporative cooling combined air-conditioning fresh air unit provides cold water, and dry fan coil units are arranged in wards and clinics. Indoor return air temperature difference is small, more comfortable. The evaporative cooling combined air-conditioning fresh air unit not only meets the requirements of fresh air in winter and summer, but also provides a comfortable and fresh air environment with fresh air for the transition season.A total of 4 Aolan indirect evaporative cooling cooler are designed in this project, and the total circulating water volume of the equipment 160m3/h, cooling capacity: 940kW.

In this project, the total power consumption of the evaporative cooling system during the cooling period of the cooling area is 41.5kWh/m2, which saves 55% of the energy consumption compared to the traditional central air-conditioning system.
