Aolan Industrial Lean Production and Process Reengineering Training

On November 26, 2021, Aolan held a lean production and process reengineering training course, which was lectured by Mr. Chen Zurong, senior consultant of Fuzhou Langtu, and hosted by the director of Aolan HR Li Jiejing.

Before the start of the training, Chairman Huang Hualing delivered a speech. Mr. Huang said: “Lean production plays a vital role in the transformation and upgrading of Aolan. Our management cadres at all levels must take it seriously and must learn and do with their heart. Rather than dealing with things. I hope our leadership will lead by example and truly bring a new look to Aolan production.'

Then, led by Director Li, everyone started the 'Washing Dance' as a warm-up. Soon the atmosphere of the audience was mobilized, and everyone officially started today's training with a full spirit.

Lean production, reinventing and rebirth

Mr. Chen first introduced the core goal of this training, which is to discuss the idea of standard formulation and implementation from the common and professional perspectives of departmental functions of the whole company. The textbook in all hands is a dismantling of ISO9001 standard requirements, combined with Aolan's current actual situation and development strategy goals, and is compiled by Aolan's exclusive process reengineering 'prescription'.

Then, Mr. Chen began to explain in detail, and interacted with the participants through questions, inspiring the participants to think about and ask questions about the functions of their departments, and interact with other departments to reach a consensus on the work process.

The lean production and process reengineering and improvement coaching project was launched only 2 months ago, and it has already brought huge changes and improvements to Aolan. As an important part of the capitalization of Aolan, the project is set up for the current urgent need to increase production capacity, accurate implementation of 5S management, and improvement of production efficiency, and finally achieve the creation of a lean production system for Aolan.
